Object of application: high-asset investors

Application conditions:

1. Reside in the state or territory of which you invest
2. The applicant's household net worth is 5 million Australian dollars and can be legally invested in Australia
3. The investment ratio is as follows: 500,000 Australian dollars need to invest in start-ups or small private enterprises, 1.5 million Australian dollars to invest in the emerging companies listed in Australia, 3 million Australian dollars can be invested in such as listed companies, corporate bonds and promissory notes, annuities and commercial real estate.
4. Cannot invest in residential real estate, can not invest in residential property indirectly
5. Investment shall not be used as collateral or mortgage loan

188C to 888 permanent residence conditions:

1. At least 40 days in Australia every year for 4 years prior to application
2. Over 4 years of continuous investment
